Day to day, you’ll take on projects across social and digital media from start to finish by managing our strategic, research, media, creative and production people’s time – all to deliver exceptional Outcome-driving campaigns for our clients on time, on budget and to the highest quality.

This is  an incredibly important role in our agency. Our delivery people keep the agency humming and our clients happy. But we won’t leave you unsupported. You’ll be reporting into our Delivery Lead who’ll provide guidance whenever you need it and be helped by our strategy and creative teams.

Could this be you?

Experienced You have worked 5+ years in production or project management, specifically within an advertising or communications agency

Organised You’re a master in organisational & project management skills. You’re comfortable taking the lead in scoping and managing assigned projects, creating timelines, allocating resources and managing productions

Digitally-savvy You’ve brought to life digital (e.g. display, email, landing pages, etc.) and social campaigns (e.g. video, photography, etc.) from initial strategy through to shipping assets

Proven You’ve experienced line-producing end-to-end content productions (e.g. live action, animation, etc.) from planning and pre-production through to post and delivery, including managing production budgets

Connected You’ve sourced and managed production vendors, directors, editors, animators, etc. and know a few that we can call for our own campaigns

Well spoken Excellent communication skills both verbally & in writing. In particular, demonstrated experience in complex project scoping and documentation is a must

Timely You know how to create and manage timelines, estimates along with job cost reporting and reconciliation

Collaborative You’re comfortable working directly with (and briefing) our strategy and creative teams to meet our clients’ goals and deliver best practice outcomes on time and on budget

Resourceful You can work alongside the Delivery team and SMEs to proactively identify resource gaps and provide solutions

Brand-minded You’ll be comfortable managing case studies, awards and thought leadership (OutThink & Web blogs) content, in a way that’s in keeping with AFFINITY’s brand


  • As a Delivery Manager you’ll work with our internal teams and external production houses to deliver thinking that can be translated into Outcomes-driving campaigns
  • Your work will span a broad cross section of categories and challenges, from beer to beauty, CRM to social: a very different day every day
  • We’re Sydney based, but flexibility is built into your role
