Planner / Strategist

You’ll have the opportunity to apply your critical thinking skills across a diverse range of accounts, delivering campaigns across multiple channels. With a focus on digital, the thinking considers the whole funnel, from brand building through to acquisition and retention goals. You’ll work closely with the Chief Strategy Officer to respond to briefs with thoughtful, insightful strategic thinking – always ensuring that campaigns will drive real results for clients. You’ll ensure that strategies are translated through to smart briefs, and collaborate with Traffic to deliver on-time, on-budget work. You’ll also focus on the building strong client relationships, positioning the agency as a highly credible and valuable partner.
Does this sound like you?
Experience With at least 3-4 years’ experience in an agency environment, your background should include significant exposure to CX, CRM or digital channels
Data mad You’ll need a strong understanding of data-driven marketing and can easily demonstrate your love for the metrics that matter
Scholarly You hunt and gather information from all manner of places and are able to distil your findings into succinct and clear digests which are a pleasure to read
Constantly curious You can demonstrate you’re a self-directed learner committed to staying ahead of the curve
Service oriented You understand the value of being valued, and strive to constantly exceed client expectations
Craft-centric You’re driven to deliver nothing but your best, your briefs are sweated on obsessively and you leave no stone unturned in your quest for effectiveness
Detail obsessed With a sharp eye for the little things, you think things through carefully and respect the need for 100% factual accuracy and brand integrity Collaborative you’re self-sufficient, but equally wonderful to work with
Buttoned down You can plan and execute a mean to-do list and know how to own your results
