We’re on the lookout for a Senior CX Strategist to provide outstanding day to day strategic advice on client briefs and business problems, creating customer journeys and developing insightful engaging and outcomes-focussed integrated brand communication strategies using data insights and analytics.
This is a senior role in the agency that will be responsible for building CX strategies and campaigns across email, push notifications, web, mobile apps, social platforms, and other channels and devices relevant to the customer experience. You’ll oversee implementation in conjunction with an experienced project manager.
An experienced facilitator, finding and managing inputs from a diversity of sourcing and stakeholders is second nature to you. With a direct relationship with your clients and responsibility to deliver strategies that deliver real outcomes, you’ll finally have the chance to own the results. Your ideas can be translated into action, measured, and refined – you’ll be master of an end-to-end ecosystem.

Client Whisperer You enjoy managing and presenting to clients and love building relationships based on your ability to think and add value
Team Player You’ll work alongside several other strategists as part of a gun team, supported by a delivery manager and a plethora of other experts in their field; you love to bounce your thinking off others and open to thinking from anywhere and anyone
Data Driven You know how to analyse raw data to create insights and create customer segments. You know best practice when it comes to using data to improve the customer experience.
Seriously Strategy Focused You have at least eight years of agency strategy experience, including communications planning, martech, engagement and retention marketing,
