You’ll find yourself surrounded by practitioners actively investigating behavioural science and applying their learnings. Customer journey mapping is second nature to you too, as is finding and managing inputs from a diversity of sourcing and stakeholders. With a direct relationship with your clients and responsibility to deliver strategies that deliver real outcomes, you’ll finally have the chance to own the results. Your ideas can be translated into action, measured and refined – you’ll be master of your thinking from beginning to end.

Your strategic genius will be applied across globally famous brands spanning beauty, alcohol, to helping build a sustainable future, with a holistic focus on end-to-end digital, CX , brand and social solutions that deliver measurable outcomes. Working as a team alongside a supporting strategist and delivery manager, you'll lead the development and nurture of client relationships on a day-to-day basis to ensure they benefit from an experience that consistently delivers value to their business.

This is a senior role in the agency with responsibility for staying up to date on & sharing industry trends, creating communication plans and creative briefs across multiple categories as well as developing strategic KPIs and measurement approaches. You’ll liaise closely with the creative and media teams to create, manage and optimise content.

Could this be you?

Experience You’ll have 7+ years strategic communications experience, with experience in brand and CX and a good chunk of time in a digital, media or integrated advertising agency working as a strategist

Digital Clout You’re versed in building insightful and channel agnostic strategies, with a special knack for brilliantly leveraging digital, social and first party data opportunities

Brand Hearted You get that digital doesn’t do well without a strong brand behind it and know how to effectively build lasting brands for short and long term outcomes

Luminary You’re not just blessed with a big brain, you know how to share it. A gifted thinker and communicator, you can easily explain the complex and get people nodding with your ability to empathise and energise

Outcomes Focused Your brain is always on, you apply critical thinking to all you to do achieve the right results in the most resourceful way

Client Whisperer You enjoy managing and presenting to clients and love building relationships based on your ability to think and add value

Team Player You’ll work alongside several other strategists as part of a gun team, supported by a delivery manager and a plethora of other experts in their field; you love to bounce your thinking off others and open to thinking from anywhere and anyone

Data Driven You know how to analyse a range of data to create insights. You know best practice when it comes to using data to improve the communications and strategies

Commercially Savvy You appreciate we’re in business to succeed and so are our clients, you’re obsessed about demonstrating your ability to bring about business transformation

Captain of Culture You’re a brand champion, excited to lead a culture of constant learning and improvement, and stay across the latest thinking and from around the globe and have some strong opinions of your own

  • As a Senior Strategist in our Strategy Team you’ll be responsible for working directly with strategists, delivery and clients to deliver thinking that can be translated into outcomes-driving initiatives
    You’ll report into our Head of Brand Experience and be supported by a strategist and delivery manager, as well as a plethora of subject matter experts
  • Briefs will span a broad cross section of categories and challenges, from beer to beauty, CRM to social: a very different day every day
  • Sydney based, but flexibility built in
