Look At What 10 Year Olds Can Do

Thirty 10yr and 11yr old kids from a remote kids community in WA made this interactive game in an afterschool workshop. It is an incredible introduction to these kids’ community and to their future.
The people facilitating the workshops Big hART had intended that the kids make a film but it soon became apparent that the kids were more interested in games, and together they developed the Love Punk game.
The kids are responsible for the ideas, photoshop, colouring and animation and it looks amazing.

Incredibly these kids, collectively known as Love Punk, have also made a comic and are working on an interactive Ipad comic that tells a story set in their town Roebourne in the future.
I really can’t wait to see what else they do in the future.
