Our Latest Bright Sparks
It’s not every day you get to add a super hero to your team, but in the past few weeks we’ve added three! Superwomen in their own rights, we’re thrilled to announce our latest Bright Sparks: Clare Button, CFO; Sue Cant, Head of Media; and Mel Sultana, Head of Delivery.
Clare joins us most recently from Orchard, during her tenure the business grew 300% and has become a recognised leader in CX. Prior to that she has lent her financial savvy to BWM Dentsu, Ursa Clemenger and the White Agency. A great thinker and a vibrant personality, Clare is the anthesis of the shrinking violet finance character. She’s already brought plenty of colour and movement to our daily agency life, not to mention packs one hell of a punch when it comes to commercial know-how. With her lateral thinking ability, we’ve no doubt Clare will help shape our thinking to the benefit of both clients and team alike.
Sue is clearly an over-achiever and possibly a job title hog – having simultaneously held the dual title of National Head of Investment, Dentsu X, and Client Lead, Carat. Hailing from the UK, Sue’s career has spanned indies to networks, trading to investment and planning. The big attraction for Sue at AFFINITY was our single-minded focus on delivering our clients ROI through a true full funnel approach. Sue’s super power is treating media as an investment that will generate positive returns rather than a cost.
After a 6+ year stint at Isobar, ultimately being promoted to Head of Operations & Production, Mel is yet another force to be reckoned with. We haven’t met anyone on the Delivery end of things with quite the strategic prowess as Mel. Not only does she take charge and get things done as efficiently and effectively as possible, but she can run a mean workshop facilitation, share knowledge on the latest in tech and project management, and still manages to do everything with grace and a smile. (And apparently she’s also a Karaoke Queen!)
We’re also loving the fact that this means AFFINITY is actively ‘changing the ratio’ and embracing genuine inclusion and diversity, with 60% of our whole team made of women, & importantly carrying this ratio through to our senior leadership team.
