Lion had an ageing martech stack with different technology and setups. This made it hard for Lion to communicate effectively to its customers. Platforms had limited functionality, lacked data capture and it was difficult to make even simple updates. This resulted in a poor customer and online experience. With consumer’s judging brands against the best in class, we weren’t realising the true potential of digital.
Realised
With 20+ brands, Lion needed to implement a new tech stack that made it easy to manage, and to identify and target each brand’s drinkers with relevant content.
We developed a digital ecosystem, along with the Martech implementation of Tealium Customer Data Platform (CDP), and Braze messaging automation. These platforms have transformed Lion’s digital experience and delivered revolutionary results.
